Busy because of Covid testing but when I got in the service was great

I needed to get a COVID test. On a Sunday. January 2nd. I was expecting to wait for hours as I did not have an appointment. I was one of the first there and was in and out in 40 minutes. They were well organized and friendly, even after the screener had to deal with the guy behind me who was a complete a-hole.

I went for a Covid test because I was exposed. Over all it was good and what I expected.

This honestly is the best urgent care facility i have ever been too and its the only one we use when in need. The staff is always curtious and friendly and honest about wait times!!

I have never been to this urgent care before. I was very pleased with how smoothly it went. I did all the paperwork on line. The nurse called while I was in my car asked a few questions, then I went in. Very friendly staff and clean. I would highly recommend this urgent care!!

Customer service is really lacking in our society these days. I was very impressed with this clinic. Front desk staff were attentive and very friendly. The doctor was very nice and had great bed side manners. I have never been told “Welcome” at an urgent care. Thank you for making our visit a very pleasant one. We were very pleased with the appointment.

We are from Ohio visiting our daughter and family. My wife and I had reason to go to Next Care Urgent Care off of Hampden Rd. They processed our info and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. The tests were completed and the interaction with the staff couldn’t have been better.

Have been 5star until this visit. Don't know if it was due to a covid-19 frustration. Upon leaving the establishment i was notified that the process was shammed. Sport physical improperly executed while cutting corners of the process. I was disappointed and completely troubled. However I won't be ahh bad sport for the overall process isn't extensive as other places.

It was recommended by my daughter to go there for a rapid result Covid test. Everything went smoothly. The staff was great!

NextCare Urgent Care staff and medical care given for CDL DOT Physical was very professional and completed in a timely visit.

I was in and out pretty quickly. I was nervous but everyone was patient with me. I tested negative for covid but had symptoms and the doctor took the time to listen to what I was experiencing and giving me advice on what to do.

Definitely my go to place for urgent necessities front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming everyone there is a pleasure to interact with for sure! Highly recommend this urgent care

Went just for covid test, very friendly and informative staff. Loved the doctor. The only thing I could do without was all the online stuff that seemed to take me forever, however, that could be just me!

I checked in online and the wait was about 10 minutes to be brought in and seen by someone. Had a covid test done, then waited about 15 minutes for the results. The doctor was very informative. From arriving to leaving, whole process took 50 minutes. I arrived just after 8am.

It would be nice to receive test results in an email, a phone callor in the app. Doctor was knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything went smoothly I was able to check in using the QR code I arrived about 930 for a 940 appointment I was a new patient so they need to process the paperwork once that was completed I was seen about ***. Tests were administered on site. Staff, facility and everyone was great.
