I used this clinic (Lake Pleasant Pkwy and Beardsley in Peoria AZ) to get a Covid PCR Test. Very efficient snd the staff was courteous and efficient. It’s super close to my home. Would definitely use them again. My husband had the same experience.

I was surprised to get pushback getting Covid tested so I could return to work. I specifically searched a facility for a test and then was discouraged from testing. I have a suggestion, your staff should keep “opinions” to themselves. CDC is constantly changing its stance and you are advertising testing services. Just provide the service and answer questions when they are sought by customers.

Staff and Dr were friendly and professional. I had a good experience and would definitely come back to this Urgent Care if needed.

Easy online check in. My son was seen within five minutes of his appointment time. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were out within 30 minutes and all of our questions were answered/ tests performed. Highly recommend.

Although I have had the vaccine, I may have been exposed to COVID so I went in for a nasal swab. While I was there, Kevin also looked at my sinuses. Very thorough and terrific bedside manner. Everyone was so nice!

Had three kids come in for their sports physicals. The check in staff was cordial and professional. The staff who took vitals and other preliminary tests had a great sense humor. The PA who performed the physical was awesome and understanding

Always a great experience. Never had an issue getting in for Covid testing or any testing for that matter. Wait time depends on when you go, but good staff and doctors.

Did not appreciate being interagated by staff on why I wanted a covid test. Not any of their business! Although i did appreciate them letting me know that I could have covid as long as 3 months. That was new info to me.
