Went for a covid test and everyone was extremely friendly and fast, definitely recommend and will go back!!

I did not have to wait long at all they were very nice I would recommend this urgent care to anyone and they answered all my questions

Easy fast appointment and check in. Both people who helped me were great. Helpful, friendly, open to answer questions. It was a great experience for a covid test.

My daughter tested positive for covid on an at home test. I planned ahead and set up an online appt to get her pcr done. You can’t call the facility directly, so I left her in the car while I ran in and told them I was there. When we went in one of the nurse’s or techs (unsure of what she is) freaked out that I was bringing my daughter in. My daughter was already distraught and I didn’t appreciate her reaction. I needed the pcr test for her school and for my work, so I didn’t have a choice but to bring her in. I just feel like she was very unprofessional and it really ticked me off. The receptionist tried to be a barrier for us, but I still overheard the nurse/tech. Thankfully she didn’t come in and take care of us if I would have had some words with her.

Thee only thing I do not like about this place is that they have people waiting to get a covid test in the same quite small lobby with those who are not as sick. The place is big enough to have them seperate. The doctor could have gave more explanation. Other than that, not too long of a wait and friendly staff for the most part. You can tell they are over worked :(

Everytime I visit I feel welcomed and I enjoy the staff. Could not choose a better urgent care.

First time to this facility and it was amazing. Did all the check in and paper work online. Had to wait, maybe, 10 minutes before they took me back to see the doctor. Doctor Bowen was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The entire staff was amazing too! I would recommend going here for urgent care.

Had to get some test was pleasurable experience

I was in and out in about 30 min., I went for my DOT physical everyone was very nice, was very clean place.

I don’t mind coming to this urgent care…they get me in and out quickly! The Dr and the nurses LeAnn and Karen are awesome!! I was a little nervous and they both calmed me down. I tell everyone I know to use this urgent care instead of going to the ER!

Nursing staff and doctors were great. No problems getting in or out in a timely matter for a emergency facility setting.The part that took the longest, next to the billing, was signing in with the App. I have been to this urgent care before and I will continue to use.

Thankful for the friendly and courteous service. I would recomend this urgent care, staff, and doctor for the great service.🙂

Best Urgent Care I've been to. Staff is very caring and building is clean

The phlebotomist, Alia drew my blood and she did amazing. I will continue to ask for her whenever I have to get my blood drawn. I had a very short wait time and had a wonderful experience.

Gentle when getting COVID test !

The nurse at the desk was awesome in a nurse that did my blood pressure and other test was outstanding total professional would go to her anytime the doctor was thorough and pleasant to talk to

I had an amazing experience here. Everyone was so curtious and kind throughout my whole visit. My nurse, Karen Bryan was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and made the experience of getting a TB shot so easy. She is a wonderful part of this urgent care team who must be so blessed to have her!

I’m very thankful for the doctors nurses and assistance at the ProMedica Monroe emergency care system! They ran the appropriate tests and kept me informed and asked questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the vicinity!!!
