This was my first experience with AFC Urgent Care. I was extremely pleased with the staff. From the beginning to the end of the testing procedure. I would certainly recommend AFC Urgent Care.

Online This time the nurse that tested for COVID flu and strep was efficient with testing so it was less bothersome and less painful. She was a pro. The office should buy her shoes for her as a gift.

1st time patient here. Been sick, struggled to find a location that could get a vivid rapid test within less than 6 hrs. They had an opening that was almost perfect for my travel time. Booked it. Girlfriend wanted tested too, they saw her as well. Staff was very good, felt like we made friends when we left. NP/Doc was very professional and explained things exceptionally well, also provided scripts for possible (likely but unconfirmed) flu/sinus infection. Great experience altogether. Highly recommended.

It was an overall good experience. Although I had a lengthy wait time before being seen, I understand it was because of risks and to protect others. The check-in process online was alright and Dr. Congress was very nice and I appreciated that she would sit down and just genuinely listen and would offer her advice. The person who conducted the tests was also very nice. I also appreciated how quick the service after being seen was. I would definitely recommend this place in the future.

I came in to get a covid test due to having symptoms. They had me sit in my car until they texted me to go in a room. Everyone was kind and explained what they were doing. They asked questions about my symptoms, when they started, medical conditions, and meds taken. They explained my results and what my options were. I would definitely recommend them for medical needs.

The MA or nurse (not sure) who did my covid test was incredible and super friendly. Working in healthcare I see a lot of people get stuck in the rut of patient after patient, but she was so upbeat and happy and made me have such a comfortable experience. The male NP who came in was equally as amazing. Not having the covid vaccine has made me feel a bit judged in other medical settings (I’ve had covid and have a high antibody count) but I felt no judgement from this NP. He explained things in the best manner and made me feel completely at ease. A true healthcare professional! So happy with this visit!

A 2:30 appointment is not the same as "that just reserved your test- it will be 2 - 3 hours before we see you." RUDE at best, but to make a person not feeling well sit in a car for 2 hours is unconscionable.

I visited for COVID testing and was quick and easy all process had done. One thing I was not comfortable was I had to hand over my driver license, insurance card, and credit card and asked to leave the office until they text me back to the back door. I had to wait for over 10 minutes at the parking lot without my ID and cards. I scanned my insurance card prior to this visit to save checking in time. I wanted card process should be done in front of the customer.

I walked in without an appointment for a Covid test ( I had read that this was possible) and was seen immediately. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and the facility was clean and pleasant. Thankfully, I tested negative but did have sinus and cough issues so the NP checked me and wrote a prescription, this was unexpected and very appreciated! I definitely will visit when needed in the future!! Check in very simple. Bedside manner very pleasant.

Booked appt online, and it was fast and easy. I just came to get a COVID rapid test. The wait was very long, but that was just due to the really high case #s in our area. The people at this location were terrific.

I didn't have an appointment for a covid test but they said they would accomodate me if I was willing to wait about an hour. I waited, happy they would fit me in. All staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

This was my first time to visit. They were superb. From the front desk to the check out person, everyone was so helpful, so nice and very efficient! Special thanks to Keisha, who has a gentle touch when performing tests. And Dr Fox, the provider, for her calming presence and good level sense. I appreciate them both.

I like using AFC Urgent Care when I cannot make it to my PCP. The wait time was long because of the volume of patients, but I understand it is not the staff’s fault. They were very friendly.

This is where I always go when I need urgent care or help on a Saturday or Sunday. It's far away from my home and I pass many other urgent cares on the way, but I want the best.

I had to have a rapid Covid test on Labor Day so I could return to work. I was in and out in an hour. Everyone there was super nice to me. I recommend this AFC wholeheartedly.

I made an online appointment for a rapid Covid test. I arrived a little bit early and was told to wait in my car until it was time. Sent me a text with instructions on entering the building through a side door. I felt super safe since I didn't have to sit in the waiting room. Nurse was very kind and friendly. Doctor came in to give me the results and explained everything. Answered my questions. I will definitely be back if I have other needs.
