Wait time was about 20 minutes but I did not call ahead and considering COVID visits I think the facility and staff were wonderful. Compassion from staff is so important when visiting any Urgent Care and this facility always cares about why I’m there. The front desk receptionist, the triage nurse and the PA I saw were wonderful! I live in EMR and I have had to visit this U/C when I can’t get in to see my PCP. I will recommend to my friends and family.

Made appt and waited about an hour after that time to be seen. NP did not seem interested in prescribing meds for my kids who were coughing up brown phlegm and have had audible bubbling/crackling when they lie down. I asked—am I confused? Is coughing up brown not an indicator that they need antibiotics? She confirmed that it is, but not in their case because “they’ve been coughing for so long.” Make it make sense. Staff super friendly and efficient. Will not go back because of quality of medical care.
