"I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic I have taken several times over the years. I walked in and Mel took me in a room ASAP. Next came Curt and a couple of other people I did not the names of. I was terrified! I couldn’t breath! I was swollen all over my body and had intense itching! Everyone did what did and got me better. Mel put in a totally painless IV! I was given medications and a breathing treatment. Curt even rubbed lotion on my hands, arms and feet to help with the itching! Mel never left my side. I HIGHLY recommend the staff. From the check-in point to the check-out point, I was treated with kindness, respect and humor. The humor helped to calm me. Thank you ALL! Love, Cathy"

"Had been going to this location for all of our pediatric urgent care needs. Was forced to use our insurance today even though I explained that I wanted to be self pay that way we could use our HSA card which was the exact same amount as a self pay customer. Made for a disappointing experience and lady at the front desk just didn’t seem empathetic at all. Staff in back seemed checked out as well. Moving forward we will choose a different pediatric urgent care company for any future needs. Left really bummed."
