The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

As soon as I stepped in the door the front desk was professional,polite, and courteous, your system to fill out forms is user friendly, everyone was efficient, knowledgeable, and genuine. And the Dr who saw my son is absolutely heaven sent. She was amazing my son felt comfortable and she knows her stuff. You all are amazing!! In the future I will only visit this place. Thank you all. Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.

I had a swollen temple. I made an appointment, I got there at 1:43 signed in for my appointment at 2 and wasn't seen till 230. With a ton of sick ppl around I shouldn't have had to wait that long when I made an appointment. But once I got back everyone was amazing and made sure they only stuck me once with the needles for blood work even though my vainels don't like to be stuck and they move and hide.

Had a clogged right ear and couldn’t hear. Quick appointment and in 40 minutes I was done and my ears were clear and felt so much better.
