NP Snyder was absolutely amazing. I definitely will go out of my way to go to this urgent care from now on.

I've came here several times for various things. Everything is typically good, staff, procedures. But this time the wait time was terrible. Over 2 hours for an urgent care at all 3 locations- Hixson, Chattanooga, Ooltewah. Granted this was December 26th. But no excuse for you all not to forecast better for staffing and more sickness during this time of year. I was miserable enough being sick and the wait made it worse.

Came for a pre-employment drug test. I was a walk-in. Staff was very nice and helpful. The wait wasn’t too bad either. It was a convenient location, I would recommend to family and friends.

I went for sore throat and fever and was tested for 3 ailments. All were negative. Staff was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I always go to this location for medical treatment.

I had an appointment but had to wait 30+ minutes. No problem. I had no symptoms of Covid just wanted a test for the holiday. Doctor Meyers was very nice and thorough. The nurses were the same. Very happy with visit except for the positive finding.

It was convenient to make the appointment online. I've been there twice now and they are efficient. Focused on the problem you're there for and a real MD is there. I will definitely be back the next time I need care. I paid cash for my visit and after the exam and tests I paid $155.00. My wait time in lobby was about 15 minutes. I was there about 45 minutes total. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and easy to talk to. They Escribed my prescription while I waited and was able to go directly to my pharmacy and get my medication as soon as I left afc. They have served me well and I will use them again in the future.

I got caught in a pickle needing a covid test for a trip within 48 hours of departure but most tests took 1 to 3 days and required a Dr .... Well they figured it out, looked up the policy, and made it happen that day. Saved the day and.my trip, thanks

Several members of my family have been to the Ooltewah, TN Urgent Care Center on many occasions and we are always pleased with the quality of care we receive. I would highly recommend it!

I’m so glad I chose to go to this urgent care. Everyone was so nice and Hadley that took care of me took the time to listen and help as much as she could.

I went in to have stitches removed. Done without a problem. My ears needed some attention, and that was taken care of. It’s wonderful to hear again! Also got my flu shot. Everyone was wonderful!! Great health care! Hope I don’t need them again, but if the occasion arises, AFC Urgent Care is the place to go!!

I booked an appointment online for *** and was taken back to see the doctor at ***. The staff was very friendly and very professional. The PA explained everything very well. I would recommend AFC to anybody who needs urgent care.

I went to have a Covid test and I had several questions. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions without hesitation snd without being annoyed

I made an appt online to be get a rapid Covid test, and I was in and out—including waiting on the test to be resulted—in under an hour. Everyone was VERY nice and they were efficient too.
