My experience with Urgent Care I've always been a good one.

I like this Urgent Care, the staff is professional as well as the caregivers. I was satisfied overall, the wait was long because the facility was busy, which is understandable.

Very impressed with ease of scheduling appointment - they were the only local spot that had next day COVID rapid test available. Clean, new facility with friendly staff. Easy in, easy out. A positive experience all the way around.

I was a walk in appointment with a deep laceration caused by aluminum shards, bleeding wouldn’t stop. The nurse that injected my wound with lidocaine and stitched it up was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through each step of the process, best emergency care I’ve had…

I had to wait a really long time I understood that they only had one doctor Maybe try to have two doctors but the one who treated me was excellent. I can’t think of his name my fault but I would recommend them the doctor even called me To follow up after I had a test done the staff lovely patient and kind

Made an appointment online and was met by very friendly staff. The facility was clean and welcoming. Wendy, who administered the test, was pleasant, professional and made the experience easy and stress-free.

Went for a covid test as a walk in on 9/30@ 8am. Bit of a wait as is expected. Front desk lady was very patient. Saw 2 aggressive nasty people who were very rude and disrespectful to her. She never lost her composure and treated them as regular patient. Even the people in the waiting room were disgusted by those 2 patients. The fact that she maintain and treated them with pleasant customers service says alot. I would definitely go back. Will update if anything changes. Like a bill.

I did have a little wait but that was okay it was well worth it had to get tested for covid and of course it came back positive and everyone was nice

This is my 3rd time over the past few months that I have been to this location for Covid testing. The first 2 times everything & everyone was AMAZING!! This time I also came for a Covid test and the staff Stacy that was assigned to take my vitals as well as perform my Covid test was THEE ABSOLUTE WORSE from her attitude to her poor bedside manner and want to be argumentative with me when I asked for someone else to do my test. The first issue was when she went to take my temperature with the “under tongue” thermometer and I pulled my mask down she said “no keep your mask on” and was about to insert the thermometer in MY NOSE! Then she corrected herself and proceeded to take it under my tongue. Next she starts to perform my Covid swab test and aggressively dug deep in my nose and swirled the swab more then 15 or so times AGGRESSIVELY...when I moved in discomfort she rudely said “you need to stay still” When I explained to her that this is my 3rd Covid test here and nobody else aggressively dug that deep and long she rudely said “well we all have our own technique” At that point I asked for someone else to perform the test and Wendy came in and did so with ease! As I was explaining to Wendy what the issue was with Stacy all of a sudden Stacy popped back into the explain herself. When I was done I spoke with the office manager Jessica and she was also very professional & pleasant like all of the other staff besides Stacy. I will continue to use this facility but not Stacy. Even if she was having a bad day like we all do sometimes...her unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Isaiah was the medical assistant that welcomed us back into our room. He is a great asset to you urgent care!! We thank him and the up front office staff who were friendly and professional! Hopefully we won’t have to but if ever in need we will utilize your practice FIRST! Thank again (Especially to Isaiah!

We were very pleased being able to get a Rapid Covid Test on short notice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very professional.

I was pleased at the spaciousness and cleanliness of the facility. The staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. I was in and out in a timely fashion. I was there for a COVID-19 test (thankfully negative)

It is by far the nicest Urgent care facility I’ve ever visited. It was clean and looks like a hospital in its design. Very impressive and I love that it’s so close to home. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Great facility.

Went in for a COVID test, which my daughter & I had appointments for. We were finally seen 45-50 minutes after our appointment time- THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The patient’s time is just as important as the Doctors and patients with appointment times should be notified beforehand if the office is that far behind!!!
