American Family Care (AFC Urgent Care) Locations in Coatesville, PA

The wait was short. I did not have an appointment. Staff was friendly. Nurse Practitioner Gail was pleasant and informative.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

The patient bathroom toilet seat was really dirty on the bottom of it. Other than that everything was clean except the toilet seat.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

Couldn’t get appointment with my primary doctor and then tried to get appointment with urgent care and they were booked so I tried walk-in. Luckily when I went I was seen shortly after arriving. Everyone was great. So glad I went. Very good care.  Thank you.

Dr McDonald took care of managing my illness. Listening and helping me understand how to get better and the path to get there. Thank you!

Well organised and relaxed situation removing all the stress. Well done.

Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.
