The PA, nurse and office staff were super sweet and friendly after a horrible holiday season with wait times at 5hours. We were very thankful for the waitlist virtual app that allowed me to keep both kids at home in bed while waiting as opposed to waiting in a wait room with other sick people. Did a curbside Covid test with my family. The lady working the phones/scheduling today was great. During an obviously busy and stressful time, she was friendly, informative, and helpful. Someone please commend her for her great demeanor throughout the day. The lady taking vitals was also very kind and considerate, asking me about my ill father as she took vitals. Don't bother calling them, they put you on hold till you hang up. When I asked about that they said that was normal and what they do and something about Arizona. Others while I was waiting for hours asked about that phone issue also. Replace the cleaning staff, the floors were disgusting. There was hair everywhere. Big time miscommunication with the testing I needed, wish I could back the 3 hours I wasted there.

The PA that saw me said the sinus infection I've been fighting & still have as well as being on antibiotics was probably just allergies... I've never had allergies that caused a constant flow of thick green mucus for over a week!?! She reluctantly prescribed another round of antibiotics so hopefully this resolves the issues!

Had pain in my left foot after a fall. Broke it. Very nice nurse, doctor and xray tech.. bathroom needed attention. No paper towels or hand sanitizer. Needed hand sanitizer and kleenex in waiting room. This will be my go-to non-ER facility. Lots better than Texas Med clinic.
