Each and every time at this Urgent Care facility has been a good experience for us. We are always treated professionally, quickly and they have helped us for whatever medical issues we are having. We love this Urgent Care facility on 91st & Bell and have been going there for about 5 years even though we are no longer living in the area.

I made an on line appointment for today at 4:30pm.I was seen at 6:24om. I realize we are all in the Covid nightmare and the urgent care center is overloaded with patients but...what exactly is the purpose of an appointment? This experience was frustrating and too long.

The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

Place is great! Waited 2 hours to get flu and Covid tested though

Amanda (the dr/np) was incredibly friendly and polite and thorough! She took amazing care of our very complex infant! The other staff were very kind, patient, and caring. They were helpful juggling both parents and our child needing seen. Amanda listened to every concern and thoroughly discussed everything. We received better care at Nextcare than the Banner Urgent Care also in our city.

Got us in on New Year’s Day. We were able to wait in our car, and look online how many patients were ahead of us which gave us a chance to grab a beverage and watch a movie in the car in the parking lot. They text us to come in when it was close to our turn. It was maybe an hour and a half on a holiday when no one else was open at 6:30 in the evening We scheduled an appt with Solv earlier today, drove a long way to test and the clinic never opened despite our confirmation. Which ruined out whole day searching for somewhere else

I booked online. I appreciated knowing that here were 4 people waiting ahead of me. I was told it would be about an hour wait. Turned out to be 1.5 hours, but that’s ok! Everyone was so kind and friendly! Bryan was very attentive and brought me some water after I had a coughing fit. I highly recommend Next Care Urgent Care, Ocotillo office.

Plus side is this urgent care allows walk-ins when another one we went to didn’t. Everyone was friendly and I had a lot of questions but they were kind and answered clearly.

This is my first time going to NextCare and it was great! At a time it is impossible to get COVID tests, they were fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived at the Scottsdale location and was immediately greeted by desk reception. Person explained the process and I started to register using a QR Code. Registration process was quick and easy. I was even able to take a photo of my driver’s license and insurance card to upload. I was in the waiting room for roughly 5-10 minutes before being called into the treatment area. That was so fast that I barely had enough time to complete the registration….awesome! The triage person took my vitals, asked why I was being seen, and swabbed my throat for strep. Not the friendliest person but she performed her services well. I was then taken to an exam room where I waited for less that 5 minutes for a provider who entered into the room to exam and diagnose me. Ryan was his name and he was a FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner). Great guy with a great bedside manner too. Explained everything extremely well and I was discharged within another 5 minutes. I waited in the patient waiting room for another 2 minutes for my discharge paperwork. The whole visit took virtually no time. The facility was extremely clean and everyone was required to wear a mask. Thru accept tons of insurance plans and because I had met my deductible, I was not required to pay for anything. I would highly recommend using this Urgent Care Facility and I would not hesitate to return should I need to be seen in the future.

Fast and easy for a COVID-19 test by an appt

I had such a pleasant experience at this urgent care on Camelback road. I honestly hate going to any doctor or urgent care, but I needed a Covid test because I was having symptoms. Everyone from the front desk staff, medical assistants, and the PA were wonderful. I really wish I knew the PAs name because I’d name her on this review. Everyone was so nice, thorough, professional and helpful. It was easy to register and to check out. It was a great experience and I would definitely come back…Thank you everyone for continuing to serve on the front lines during Covid 19 and putting your own health on the line to help all of us who are sick and in need of care. I wish you the best during the holidays and pray for continued good health…

Dr Daniel was really good, friendly and knowledgeable, like the entire staff. Definitely recommending NextCare urgent care on 59th ave to anyone who needs Dr's opinion or treatment.

Sports physical. I had an appointment and waited 45 minutes to be seen. Facility isn’t super clean and the front desk staff aren’t very friendly. The nurse practitioner- Lynn - was super nice and kind.

This is my 2and time at this Urgent Care on Southern. I have been impressed both times with the admitting / I had to wait 2 hrs unable to get an appointment/ receptionist very pleasant/ informative. The Nurse Practioner was agood listener and asked good questions. Thank You

Finally found a dr that knew exactly how to treat my earache and not just send me on my way with meds. She actually drained my ear out and explained to me about the inflammation going on. She explained what to do and what not to do. She explained the meds she would be giving me and which med worked to help what. It seemed simple enough for a dr to do but Banner Urgent care did none of these. Very friendly and compassionate staff.

On 11/24/21, I brought my grandson to the urgent care for stitches. The staff was kind and welcoming! It was such a great visit and my grandson felt at ease.

Had an appt and was in and out. Had 3 tests done...covid, flu, Strep. Everyone was professional and helpful. I have been coming here off and on since it opened and would highly recommend it to anyone

It was nice short waiting time they help me know what I have which is sinus infection and it was good but their was one thing. I didn’t like their was one person not wearing a mask

Pretty much the BEST urgent care experience I’ve ever had I highly recommend it
