Went in for Covid test, all handled in a professional manner

Each and every time at this Urgent Care facility has been a good experience for us. We are always treated professionally, quickly and they have helped us for whatever medical issues we are having. We love this Urgent Care facility on 91st & Bell and have been going there for about 5 years even though we are no longer living in the area.

The staff and provider was very professional and friendly. The bedside manner of the provider was excellent. The wait time was short. I used the online appointment service to schedule my appointment. My check in time was convenient. I would recommend this Urgent Care to others. The staff and providers are both efficient, friendly, and professional and with excellent bedside manners.

I made an on line appointment for today at 4:30pm.I was seen at 6:24om. I realize we are all in the Covid nightmare and the urgent care center is overloaded with patients but...what exactly is the purpose of an appointment? This experience was frustrating and too long.

The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

We walked in expecting to be turned away since it was 6:45pm. Our son was having bad pain in his right side. . They got us right in. Did vitals and tests. Turns out he had UTI. Thank goodness it wasn't anything worse. Thank you to the staff. They were extremely helpful! 🙂💙

Place is great! Waited 2 hours to get flu and Covid tested though

I always have a good experience at this Urgent Care. If you have a long wait then they will give you the option to leave and they will call you when it is close to your appt.

Amanda (the dr/np) was incredibly friendly and polite and thorough! She took amazing care of our very complex infant! The other staff were very kind, patient, and caring. They were helpful juggling both parents and our child needing seen. Amanda listened to every concern and thoroughly discussed everything. We received better care at Nextcare than the Banner Urgent Care also in our city.

Got us in on New Year’s Day. We were able to wait in our car, and look online how many patients were ahead of us which gave us a chance to grab a beverage and watch a movie in the car in the parking lot. They text us to come in when it was close to our turn. It was maybe an hour and a half on a holiday when no one else was open at 6:30 in the evening We scheduled an appt with Solv earlier today, drove a long way to test and the clinic never opened despite our confirmation. Which ruined out whole day searching for somewhere else

I came to get a Covid rapid test because I need it 24 hours before my flight and they said they don't do that one and never done that before in this clinic, that is not true, I got it twice in this same clinic. I wait 2 hours for this, they said I'll get my results 2-5 days.

I booked online. I appreciated knowing that here were 4 people waiting ahead of me. I was told it would be about an hour wait. Turned out to be 1.5 hours, but that’s ok! Everyone was so kind and friendly! Bryan was very attentive and brought me some water after I had a coughing fit. I highly recommend Next Care Urgent Care, Ocotillo office.

Plus side is this urgent care allows walk-ins when another one we went to didn’t. Everyone was friendly and I had a lot of questions but they were kind and answered clearly.

This is my first time going to NextCare and it was great! At a time it is impossible to get COVID tests, they were fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived at the Scottsdale location and was immediately greeted by desk reception. Person explained the process and I started to register using a QR Code. Registration process was quick and easy. I was even able to take a photo of my driver’s license and insurance card to upload. I was in the waiting room for roughly 5-10 minutes before being called into the treatment area. That was so fast that I barely had enough time to complete the registration….awesome! The triage person took my vitals, asked why I was being seen, and swabbed my throat for strep. Not the friendliest person but she performed her services well. I was then taken to an exam room where I waited for less that 5 minutes for a provider who entered into the room to exam and diagnose me. Ryan was his name and he was a FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner). Great guy with a great bedside manner too. Explained everything extremely well and I was discharged within another 5 minutes. I waited in the patient waiting room for another 2 minutes for my discharge paperwork. The whole visit took virtually no time. The facility was extremely clean and everyone was required to wear a mask. Thru accept tons of insurance plans and because I had met my deductible, I was not required to pay for anything. I would highly recommend using this Urgent Care Facility and I would not hesitate to return should I need to be seen in the future.

It was fine. Rarely go there but my experience was fine. Nice people & stuff nice. I just got a COVID test & there were many signed up but sone didn’t come. I got in after few hrs & everything went good.
