The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Our son (who goes in only because he gets an ear infection after our pediatrician's office is closed for the day) has come in now three different times and have had the BEST care with the physician on each visit. Our problem has always been with the receptionist. On our last visit, the receptionist was extremely rude when we first arrived, wouldn't help us check in when it was on her end regarding the check in process, and when we took our child outside so he doesn't disrupt the empty waiting room (honestly didn't want to anger the already perturbed receptionist) with his crying, she told us you'll lose your spot. I assured her that my husband would stay inside and she rolled her eyes and said "whatever". I understand your job might be difficult but you're the first person parents with a sick child sees. Being kind goes a long way and isn't too much to ask for.

My overall experience was awesome. Staff was great.

This is my go to Urgent Care. The MA and Provider are very friendly knowledgeable and understanding. They know what they are doing here and also work with you on self pay. The cheapest rate in town and trust me I have called around many places. I would not go anywhere else. Ms. Nida is amazing!

Extremely informative! Regardless of how many questions I asked they answered all politely and understandably. Patient on the phone assistance and easy first time walk in process. Definitely my go to now.

Would definitely recommend! Our provider Mary was wonderful and the nurse was so caring! Easy to get in and out and my son was very well taken care of!

Wait time this time was short. Front staff was very courteous and communication was prompt. Dr was so patient and listened to our issues and explained everything very well. She didn't push us out the door after initial contact and made sure we left with answers. I very much appreciate doctors like her an wish there were more.

Very nice people, informative, clean place, and short wait

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.
