I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

My overall experience was awesome. Staff was great.

This is my go to Urgent Care. The MA and Provider are very friendly knowledgeable and understanding. They know what they are doing here and also work with you on self pay. The cheapest rate in town and trust me I have called around many places. I would not go anywhere else. Ms. Nida is amazing!

The doctor just kept shrugging his shoulders everytime I asked him a question. Told him what was happening and he kind of made me feel like I was over reacting. Asked him what are the next steps, and he explained. So I asked him (because he’s the doctor) if these next steps were necessary or what does he think and he said “well you’re here aren’t you” and I asked him well what do you think? And he just shrugged his shoulder. You can tell he did not take me serious at all and I felt like I was just wasting his time the entire time. Shrugged his shoulder twice to me when I asked him two questions. But still got some of the answers I needed.

The staff were really good and easy to work with. Only negative thing was the wait time to see a doctor

in the past i swore i would never come back to this urgent care because of the front office staff. but now, this urgent care has a great set of staff in it’s entirety. they were so amazing. they all worked together like a well oiled machine. the communication was stellar and the follow through was on point. the nurses will always be top tier here! *chefs kiss*

I love this place it is my go too place other then my main doctor

All in all, very good experience. The only thing I would suggest is that when staff enters a room or when they greet you upon your walk into the clinic, that the staff introduced themselves. Personally, I like to know who I’m seeing and what we’re doing. Jenny did a very thorough job Of caring for me

I will never go to a different urgent care again. I have a non verbal autistic child who is extremely anxious and scared of doctor visits and they are so kind and patient with my son and that is very rare for us to find.

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

This was my first visit and I was very satisfied that there wasn’t any ahead of me… I filled out the needed paperwork and that took minimal time… The young lady in the front lobby was very polite and courteous…She assisted me by giving me the necessary information that I needed to complete the check in process… A few minutes went by and she escorted me to get my vitals and weight and before I knew it I was seen by the Dr. The young lady again administered to me 2 shots and took x-rays and before I knew it I was done and ready to go…The Dr. was also very gracious and knowledgeable… The young lady who took care of me I believe was Johanna…

The nurse practitioner and the whole staff were very attentive and helped with any and everything with my son. They listened and made me feel like he mattered and helped anyway they could. Would definitely recommend
